The annual dues were increased due to increased costs of electric bills, the need to purchase all items such as computer programs, envelopes, paper, toner/ink, stamps, office equipment, website, board member certifications, attorney retainer fee and misc. attorney fees, boat ramp maintenance, etc. along with State of Florida Property Owners Association regulations.
The annual dues of $25.00 per lot were not enough to cover our essential annual bills.
